Reiki under Usui Lineage :
1:1 Reiki Sessions are available in person in our space in San Diego, as well as offered virtually using Long Distance Healing. Small group reiki sessions and pet reiki healing sessions are held in San Diego in person. Community reiki circles, as well as workshops and classes for those interested in the lineage and teachings of this medicine are posted as they are available through our socials. @misfit_medicine.
Sound Healing :
Sound Healing can be booked for 1:1 sessions as well as small groups in our private space in San Diego. Sound Bath offerings are available for hire for your residence, workplace, events and functions. Donation based sound baths can be found posted on our socials.
Mentorship:
Mentorship sessions can be booked in single sessions or bundles. These intuitive sessions can be held in person in San Diego at our space, or virtual via Zoom. Mentorship sessions are personalized to you and include mental health support and resources, spiritual guidance, and ongoing allyship.
Yin Yoga and Pranayama:
Both 1:1 and small group Yin Yoga + breath is offered in person in San Diego. No Yin session is the same and will always be personalized to you.
